- Morning — the wall & the old quarter. Climb the Zhonghua Gate section of the Ming city wall, then dive into the lanes below for a street-food breakfast.
- Midday — Purple Mountain. Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, the Sacred Way, and the quietest corners of the forest.
- Lunch — duck, properly. The bowl we take visiting friends to, not the one on the tourist strip.
- Afternoon — Republican Nanjing. Plane-tree avenues and 1930s villas, ending at golden hour.

How large are the groups?
There is no group to join — every tour is private, just your party with your guide and driver.
Can you pick us up from our hotel?
Yes. We pick up from any city-center hotel; pickups farther out can be arranged for a small surcharge.
What happens if it rains?
The day flexes: we shift indoor sights first and keep outdoor sections for clearer hours. In sustained heavy rain we rebook or refund under our cancellation policy.
